Earthcare Management has 3 full time licensed irrigators on staff.  All of our irrigation is done 100% in house under our 3 licensed irrigators. Our irrigation crews can do full irrigation audits of your community, back flow testing within your community, retrofitting smart controllers to existing systems, and provide you with a controller map of your community.  Our irrigation crews are fully equipped to make irrigation repairs while onsite at your community, run test to ensure optimal water usage, and do 2 wire trouble shooting.  Our irrigation department is also able to provide your community with drainage estimates as well as installation of drainage. 

Earthcare Management has 2 full time licensed chemical applicators on staff.  All of the chemical applicants are done 100% in house under our 2 licensed chemical applicators.  Our chemical crews handle all of the turf and bed fertilizations of your community, turf and bed weed applications of your community and all of the insect and disease control of your community.  Our chemical crews also are able to do soil testing within your community and make soil amendments to optimize the benefits of each chemical application based off the testing. 

Earthcare Management offers comprehensive maintenance services to your community with an emphasis on details and communication.

Our goal is to not only provide the best turf and bed maintenance but to also exceed our customer's expectations of service. We offer a wide variety of other maintenance services including doggy station maintenance, debris removal, insect and fungal disease inspection, tree trimming, and any other services your community requires.

Every community that contracts with Earthcare is assigned an account manager. Your account manager will help you with things like selecting a seasonal color, addressing any maintenance needs, and communicating when things are happening in your community like mulch applications or chemical applications. Your account manager will also remain diligent in crew safety by consistently upholding our company’s strenuous safety practices to ensure that our customers are not put in harm's way.

Earthcare Managements landscape enhancement crews are able to help remove dead and declining plant material.

They work closely with your communities account manager to help redesign any landscaping beds that may need plant replacements or enhancements.  Earthcare is also able to source all plant material needed for design.  The landscape enhancement crews can also install crushed granite pathways, add steel edger to any bed, create new beds, and add bull rock boarders.
